Bill Drexell East Coast Rigging and Scaffolding Safety Director
Bill has 30+ years of experience in the Scaffolding Trade. He started as a Scaffold Builder/Truck driver in the 1990's and has held almost every position from mechanic, foreman, operations manager, safety manager to Regional Safety Manager and Corporate Safety Director. He is a graduate of Columbia Southern University with an AAS in Occupational Health and Safety. His current position is the new Safety Director for ECRS (East Coast Rigging & Scaffolding) a Conteras company based in Laurel Maryland. He is a 2-time SPOTY winner once with WMACSA and once with the ASA. He is a former Vice President of WMACSA and former board member. He has worked for mom-and-pop Scaffold companies and Billion Dollar Multinational Scaffold Companies during my 30+ years in the trade. He is considered a SME by the NCCER and published in their scaffold builder textbook. |
Kyrle Knouse Atlantic Restoration & Waterproofing Safety Director Kyrle Knouse graduated from Connellsville, Pennsylvania in 1984. He joined Atlantic Restoration & Waterproofing, Inc. on November 6th, 2023, as the new Safety Director. Prior to that he worked for Calvert Masonry from 1995 to 2023. Prior to becoming the Safety Director for Calvert, Kyrle was a journeyman, mason, assistant foreman, and a foreman. At Calvert he served as the Safety Director for over 17 years overseeing all facets of Calvert's safety programs and policies.As an active industry participant, Kyrle is a member of Associated Builders & Contractors. Kyrle had served as President of Calvert's ESOP Committee and oversaw Calvert’s Apprenticeship Program. |
