Jay McCrae, Critical Power Manager HITT Contracting, Inc. Jay serves as HITT Contracting’s Critical Power Manager, overseeing electrical safety protocols, energization planning, LO/TO program execution, and the development of HITT’s internal Electrical Energization Safety Program and NFPA 70E training. His work aligns project teams, leadership, and field operations around consistent expectations for critical-power readiness across our data-center portfolio. Before joining HITT, he supported commissioning operations as an Energy Marshal Superintendent with The Weitz Company, coordinating safe system start-ups and isolation control. Jay's background includes extensive field experience as an IBEW General Foreman in roles on solar, industrial, and mission-critical projects.
