As the Senior Director of Safety at Rowan for the past 1.5 years, Mark brings 27 years of experience in the construction industry. His journey has taken him from working in the trades to roles in management and safety. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in power generation, transmission and distribution, wastewater, telecom, transportation electrical, and electrical testing.

 

Matthew Eikenberg, General Superintendent

The Severn Group

 

Matthew Eikenberg serves as General Superintendent for The Severn Group, bringing over 23 years of mechanical trade experience to the organization. He oversees HVAC installations in data centers and commercial projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Matthew is dedicated to cultivating strong field teams and maintaining a collaborative approach that consistently meets client expectations.

 

Jay McCrae, Critical Power Manager

HITT Contracting, Inc.

Jay serves as HITT Contracting’s Critical Power Manager, overseeing electrical safety protocols, energization planning, LO/TO program execution, and the development of HITT’s internal Electrical Energization Safety Program and NFPA 70E training. His work aligns project teams, leadership, and field operations around consistent expectations for critical-power readiness across our data-center portfolio. Before joining HITT, he supported commissioning operations as an Energy Marshal Superintendent with The Weitz Company, coordinating safe system start-ups and isolation control. Jay's background includes extensive field experience as an IBEW General Foreman in roles on solar, industrial, and mission-critical projects. He remain focused on strengthening competency, improving program adherence, and supporting HITT’s commitment to a zero-incident electrical culture.
