Join us for our discussion on OSHA Inspection, Toys for Tots Drive, and Member Raffle!

We’ll discuss how to effectively navigate the post-inspection period, including how to respond to interview requests, requests for documentation, and expedited informal settlements. We will cover how to prepare a better notice of contest. We will also survey memoranda of understanding between OSHA, state plans, and other enforcement agencies.
Upon registering, you will be emailed a confirmation with a digital ticket. This can be accessed under the "My e-ticket" button on your confirmation email. Please have this ticket available in paper or digitally on the day of the meeting.

Partner Keller and Heckman LLP Manesh Rath represents employers in a wide range of matters related to occupational safety and health law, litigation, wage and hour and class action litigation, and association law. He has extensive experience representing construction clients’ interests in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rulemakings. Mr. Rath has served as the lead amicus counsel on several cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, including Staub v. Proctor Hospital and Vance v. Ball State University. On several occasions, he has testified before Congress on questions of occupational safety and health law. He is also a co-author of three books in the fields of wage/hour law, labor and employment law, and OSHA law. |
