Below you'll find the core governing documents and policies adopted by the WMACSA Board of Directors. Together they define how the organization is run, how we expect people to conduct themselves at our events and in our community, and how we protect the interests of our members and the organization itself.
- Bylaws — the framework for how WMACSA is governed: the Board, officers and advisors, member voting rights, meetings, and elections.
- Membership Terms & Conditions — the terms of membership, including dues, member benefits, event participation, and the rights and responsibilities that come with joining WMACSA.
- Code of Conduct — the standards of professional behavior we expect from everyone who participates in WMACSA events and programs.
- Conflict of Interest Policy — how directors and officers identify and manage potential conflicts, so decisions are always made in the organization's best interest.
- Whistleblower Policy — how anyone can raise a concern about improper conduct in good faith, without fear of retaliation.
- Privacy Policy — what information we collect, how we use it, and the steps we take to protect it. We do not sell or rent personal information.
These documents are reviewed periodically and may be updated. If you have questions about any of our policies, or would like a copy in another format, contact us at policy@wmacsa.com.
